Happy Halloween

We had another fun Halloween this year. Jonah loves to be original and this year he did not disappoint! Danny was nice enough to let Hailey wear his captain America shirt and Syd was a nerd with some of her friends. Max wore his hulk costume for almost the whole month so I can't figure out why there is no pictures of him in it! He was pretty cute though!

Petting zoo

We took the boys to a petting zoo in Scipio. For some reason the girls didn't care too much about going :) we had lots of fun feeding the goats and llamas. My fear of chickens kicked in a time or two but I handled it ok! We can't wait to go back in the spring when there's new babies!

Kiss Me Dirty

This year we mixed it up a little and tried a mud run! I've never been so dirty or laughed so hard! It was so much fun and much less stress than a half marathon! I love these fun weekends I get to spend with good friends.

First Day of School

Wow! Where does the time go! I feel like I just sent Hailey off to Kindergarten and here I am, mom to these four all headed off to school.  The first day is always so fun and exciting.  By about day 3 it's back to normal :)

Hailey is in 8th grade this year and has Mr. Topham
                                                            for home room.
Syd started 7th grade this year and has Mr. Williams
                                                                          for home room.
Jonah is in 4th grade and has Mr. Atkinson
Danny is in second grade this year and has Mr. Ferris

Luckily I have Max at home to keep me company for another year.  How did I get to this place in my life? I never thought they'd grow up and now it's happening too fast!

Quick trip to Colorado

Justin served part of his mission in Grand Junction Colorado.  He loved it there and talks about it often so we took the girls on a quick overnight visit. We had lots of fun walking down their main street and seeing all the sculptures.  There were many more pictures, trust me!  We even got all our school shopping done while we were there so of course the girls thought that was a blast!  Justin has always dreamed of living in Colorado.......We'll see.

Happy Birthday Max!

I have really been slacking on the blogging lately so I'm going to do a little catching up.  Max turned 4 in July. He's so much fun but it makes me sad to see him grow up so fast!  We had Grandma and Grandpa over and Darlene's family to celebrate.  He loved his avengers cake and all the balloons.  Happy Birthday Max!
