Disney Cruise Part 1

We took a great family vacation this year.  Justin and I had talked about going on a cruise for quite a while and finally decided to go for it.....and take all the kids!  It was a little crazy getting everyone ready to go but once we got there it couldn't have been better!  There was always something for the kids to do and some days we'd hardly see them at all.  We stopped in Puerto Vallarta for one day and Cabo San Lucas for two days.  It felt so nice to be in the sunshine again!

I still can't ever make my pictures be in the right order but oh well......

This is our waiter/Max's new best friend.  He was so good with the kids and they loved him.  One night the kids all had steak for dinner and when he started cutting their meat for them I decided I loved him too!

Danny had more than his share of chocolate shakes, that's for sure!
It wasn't always warm when we were out to sea but that didn't keep the kids out of the pool.

Our second day we had the character breakfast.  All the characters came around and signed things for the kids.  Then our waiter made all the kids a little character hat of their own.

                                                        Pocahontas
                                                          Alladin
                                                            Captain Jack Sparrow
                                                             Minnie Mouse
                                                               Peter Pan

                                                      The family with Mickey!

This was the sail away party after we got on the ship.  It was so much fun!
                                  I love all things Disney!!

And this is the start of many many ice cream cones!!
A few more highlights of the trip.

*Swimming with dolphins in Mexico (no cameras allowed, BOO!!)
*Jonah playing the Pink Panther in the talent show
*Danny didn't get his first kiss like he wanted to, but he did hold hands with a girl
*Meeting new friends
*The never ending soft serve ice cream cones
*French Fries and Diet Coke by the pool
*Justin and I eating at Palo....the adults only restaurant that was to die for!
*The shows.  They were so awesome!
*Making the best memories ever!

Disney Cruise Part 2

It doesn't really matter what time of day, if we were on the ship Danny was usually in the pool!
We had a little scare once and lost Max.  At least it only happened once, right?  We searched everywhere and finally Justin found him.  I was still searching and panicing but little did I know he had been found and was having this photo shoot with Justin and Jonah!
Le Arc in Cabo San Lucas.  Apparently this is kind of a famous place and a few movies have been filmed here.  It really is beautiful.

We did a whale watching tour and were lucky enough to see a few whales.  This picture isn't the best I guess but it sure was neat.
The kids had so much fun playing in the water and on the sand.  It was so warm!

 Justin had fun too.....
Our family in the water taxi in front of Le Arc
This could have been the highlight of Danny's trip.  He thought this statue that started moving was the coolest thing he'd ever seen.

We bribed Hailey with everything we could think of just to get her to try escargot.  Nope, it didn't work.
Poor little Max.  He had so much fun but never could stay awake for a full day.  Good thing his brother's shoulder was there for him.
Getting back on the ship after a fun day in the sun.
There was always another reason to spend a little more money but we just couldn't refuse a picture with this sea lion!
This was in Puerto Vallarta.  Apparently the pictures are in no particular order.  Danny had been so excited to kayak in the ocean so Justin took the boys and to my surprise the girls went out on their own.

We took a fun pirate ship ride out to this nice beach.  The water was a little rough but the kids still had fun boogie boarding, swimming and playing in the sand.

The pirate boat was fun but a little rough.  Everyone was feeling a sea sick on the way there.  Luckily on the way back they were tired from playing in the sun and just fell asleep.  That double dose of dramamine might have helped too....
